Returns:
- Season 7 Boutique does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available.
- You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit.
- Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
- All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
- ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, HATS, EARRINGS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- Items purchased using discount codes of 25% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.
- ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.
Instructions for Return:
- You can start the return/exchange process by returning your order to our warehouse at 207B Delaware St Leavenworth, KS 66048.
- Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
- Please note Season 7 Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
