  • Season 7 Boutique does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available. 
  • You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 
  • Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Instructions for Return:

  • You can start the return/exchange process by returning your order to our warehouse at 207B Delaware St Leavenworth, KS 66048.
  • Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
  • Please note Season 7 Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
